Friends of Mangu is a small charity based in the Scottish Borders. Its aims are to alleviate poverty and reduce disease in deprived rural areas of Ghana, West Africa, by supporting education projects and through the provision of clean drinking water. To date the charity has financed the construction of one Junior High School, the installation of three boreholes and, through Child Sponsorship, is financially supporting families to enable them to send their children to school.

We guarantee that every pound raised by you, the donor, goes directly to the projects we support. All our administration costs are covered by the trustees.

Though a small charity, we are making a major difference to the lives of the people we touch.
